Argent Australia has released the Villeroy & Boch bath range in Australia bringing a new material to bath design. Villeroy and Boch Baths use the technology of a unique hard mineral coloured throughout and manufactured with quartz to produce, "Quaryl" giving edges previously unattainable in baths. This allows the Villeroy and Boch baths to have steeper side walls giving greater internal space within the bath. With cleaner more accurate corners and edges quaryl also reducing the amount of sealant required, providing a elegant finish.

Villeroy and Boch Quaryl baths are also warm to touch as the bath assumes the water temperature all most immediately preventing the initial cold shock when touching the surface. It also absorbs sound, and is slip resistant, according to villeory and boch.
